Clinical studies have not shown a clear risk of cardiac disorders when using Setaloft and Propranolol together, but it is worth monitoring heart parameters, as such reports have appeared in the case of other SSRIs (to which Setaloft belongs). If you notice any changes, you should contact your doctor.
