Is the burning sensation accompanied by any rash or skin lesions?

I can't find any information that Duloxetine causes a burning sensation on the skin. However, not all side effects of medications are known and described - so if you associate taking the medication with the appearance of a burning sensation, I encourage you to report it to your doctor.

I've attached helpful materials:

User questions and answers that provide feedback about products are not verified for the purchase or use of the product. Companies often order anonymous comments to form positive opinions about their products, or negative ones about competitors. Therefore, be guided by the information in the pharmacists' responses in the first place.
