Can a child have red cheeks and a headache after taking the antibiotic Klacid, Berodual or Pulmicorta?

Good morning my son got berodual today ,antibiotic klacid and pumikort.he started to feel unwell he has all red cheeks but no fever and say his head hurts .could these be side effects of any medication

The symptoms are not very specific - each of these drugs can cause redness of the cheeks and headache.
Any side effects observed should be reported to the paediatrician, who will decide on further treatment. Perhaps it is an allergic reaction to an antibiotic or to a steroid - all the more reason to consult a doctor.
