Can Linefor interfere with the performance of Sylvie tablets and cause bleeding in the middle of the cycle?

I've had shingles. The doctor prescribed me Linefor. I took one capsule overnight (I should have started with 1/2 of a tablet, but I couldn't divide the capsule in half). I know that the side effects include dizziness and deterioration of vision. The problem is that in the middle of using the contraceptive drug (Sylvie 30) there was bleeding with very large blood clots. Is this also a normal side effect?

In some cases, Linefor may impair the effectiveness of hormonal contraception, so you may experience bleeding in the middle of your cycle.
As protection may be reduced in this situation, it is advisable to use an additional form of contraception in the form of a condom for the duration of your treatment with Linefor and for about 7 days after you stop taking it.
