Does Flumycon weaken the effectiveness of Vibin mini?

Hello

My doctor has prescribed me Flumycon 200 mg for 4 days, does this medicine make Vibin mini less effective?

Can I drink alcohol after 30 hours after the end of the Flumycon treatment?

Yes, fluconazole, a medication used to treat fungal infections, can affect the effectiveness of oral contraception. Fluconazole is a liver enzyme inhibitor, and these enzymes are responsible for the metabolism of certain components of hormonal contraception, such as estrogen and progesterone. By inhibiting these enzymes, fluconazole may increase the concentration of hormonal components of contraception in the body, which in turn may lead to an increased risk of side effects or a decrease in the effectiveness of oral contraception. This phenomenon is particularly important in the case of preparations containing low doses of hormones. For the duration of taking the medication and 7 days after its completion, I would advise you to use an additional method of contraception, e.g. a condom.
