I've been taking concoram 5 mg + 5 mg for years, half a tablet in the morning.
The psychiatrist recommended a sleeping pill Trittico XR 150 mg per night.
Now I'm reading that there is an interaction between the medications, so I don't know if I can start taking trittico?

Concomitant use of these medicines may (but does not have to) result in an excessive reduction in blood pressure.
If medications have been prescribed by different doctors, a consultation is indicated to determine whether these medicines can be used at the same time and whether there is a need to change the dosage. In case your doctor has been told that you are using Concoram, follow his or her instructions and do not take both medicines at the same time.
It's also a good idea to take regular blood pressure measurements. If it is too low, you experience headaches, dizziness, weakness, fainting or other worrying symptoms - contact your doctor.
