The active substance in Depratal is duloxetine. Duloxetine is an inhibitor of serotonin (5-HT) and norepinephrine (NA) reuptake. It is not a hromonel. It is an organic compound used to treat depression, generalized anxiety disorder, pain in diabetic neuropathy, and fibromyalgia.
