When will the contraceptive effect of the ring inserted on the 6th day of the cycle occur?
What if I put on a contraceptive ring on the last day of menstruation (day 6)? Does it work after a week, or do you have to wait longer?

The contraceptive ring will not have a full contraceptive effect until 7 days after insertion. During this time, please use additional barrier contraceptive methods, e.g. condoms.
