In this case, I suggest you continue to use the yellow (hormone) tablets the next day and stop taking the placebo tablets from the ending blister.
An excerpt from the summary of product characteristics may be applied to such a situation:
"Women who wish to postpone the onset of withdrawal bleeding to a different day of the week than their current dosing regimen may be advised to shorten their next placebo tablet period by any number of days. The shorter the interval, the more likely it is that you will not experience withdrawal bleeding, while mid-cycle bleeding or spotting may occur when taking tablets from the next pack (similar to delayed bleeding)."
