Hello
5 days ago I had a core needle biopsy of my breast. Since then, I've often felt pain - pulling, burning, is this normal? I use cool compresses that help a bit, but could I take ketonal or is it inadvisable in this case?

Pain after a biopsy is normal. They usually last a few days and go away on their own. The aforementioned cool compresses are helpful, relieving pain and swelling. After the procedure, it is better to take Paracetamol or Pyralgine. Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs can cause a risk of bleeding. If the situation worsens - swelling occurs, pain increases, discharge appears - you should contact your doctor.
