Rexetin and Parogen are medicines that contain the same active substance (paroxetine) at the same dose (20 mg) and therefore have the same effect and therapeutic indications. You can use the substitute without having to wait for a doctor's appointment (unless for some specific reason the doctor has not allowed the use of other medications before, in which case you would have been informed during the visit). Certainly, you should not take sudden breaks during the use of antidepressants due to the risk of side effects.
