When should I start using Marvelon tablets if I had a punctured cyst?
Good morning. I will have a puncture procedure done to puncture the persistent cyst follicle. The doctor prescribed me a drug Marvelon.said that I should use after the procedure. I did not ask if it should be the first day after the procedure or on the same day of the procedure. Did anyone have a similar experience? Or does he know if there are no contraindications to taking the tablet the day after the procedure?

I'm afraid that this question should be asked to the doctor who recommended taking Marvelon tablets.
It is usually recommended to start taking the tablets between the 2nd and 5th day of the cycle. However, if in your case it is necessary to provide hormones after cyst puncture, most likely you should start taking the drug immediately.
