Can I take 100 mg of Asentry once a day instead of 50 mg 2 times a day?
Hello.
I have been taking Asentre since May. One recently I read that the drug should be taken once a day. I currently take 50 in the morning and 50 in the evening. For this I also have Pregabalin 75. I feel bad after these drugs - perhaps due to the fact that I take Asentre 2 times a day.
Therefore, I ask for help in the problem. Whether Asentre take 100 in the morning plus Pregabalin also in the morning or break Asentre into two doses still.
And whether to take any break between taking Asentry and Pregabalin

Usually, Asentra is taken once a day - in the morning or in the evening. However, the dosage method is determined individually, taking into account the severity of symptoms, type of disease, etc. Therefore, if you observe side effects during therapy, you should consult a doctor. The specialist on this basis will decide whether a change in the dosage of the drug is necessary.
Do not make modifications "on your own".
