What to use instead of Solpadeine max?
Solpadeine max effervescent tablets helped me with very severe periodic pains - unfortunately they are no longer on sale! What other drug (apart from Zaldiar in effervescent tablets, which I also used) could help me??? Maybe a substitute (also in effervescent tablets) or something else! drugs with paracetamol or ibuprofen alone do not help me, and I do not want to use NSAIDs because I have a sick stomach!

A drug with a similar composition to Solpadeine max is Efferalgan Codeine. It is a preparation containing paracetamol at a dose of 500 mg and codeine at a dose of 30mg. For comparison, Solpadeine max contains codeine at a dose of 12.5mg and additionally caffeine. Efferalgan Codeine is a prescription medicine.
