Can Tegretol CR 200, Lamitirin 100mg and Clonazepan 0.5mg be combined?

Hello, Is combining tabl tegretol in the morning 200 m and in the evening 400 lamitirin 3 x 100mg (changed dose from 2x50mg) and for this Clonazepan 0.5 mg. In the morning 1.5 mg afternoon 1mg so 1mg . I'm worried about the aunt when she had smaller doses, she had seizures once every six months, now after changing the seizures she has once a week
