Should I protect myself if I took a 7-day break before switching to Rigividon

Hello, Recently I changed the contraceptive pills to also two-component rigevidone, the doctor did not say anything how to switch from the old blister to the new rigevidon, I did 7 days break and then I read in the leaflet that you need to take the pill without taking a break. Should I protect myself additionally?

When switching to Rigevidon from other combined tablets, you can normally take a 7-day break and start taking Rigevidon tablets the day after the break. Contraceptive protection remains intact and no additional contraceptive method is necessary.
