Dzień dobry,
bardzo dziękuję za to pytanie.
Na popękane naczynka można przyjmować doustnie preparaty, które je wzmacniają i uszczelniają oraz wzmagają prawidłowy przepływ krwi, czyli zawierające witaminę C i rutynę np. Rutinoscorbin, escynę np. Aescin oraz diosminę np. DIH, Diohespan, Diosminex. Przydatne okazać się mogą także żele i maści zawierające kasztanowiec np. Sapoven lub heparynę np. Lioton 1000, Heparin. Wszystkie te preparaty dostępne są bez recepty w aptekach.
Jeśli chodzi o czas stosowania tych preparatów, to radziłabym skontaktować się w tej sprawie z lekarzem. Może się bowiem okazać, że lekarz zaproponuje wykonanie zabiegu: skleroterapię.
