Hello, I have been taking a slinda tablet for a year. The first time it happened to me that in 1 week I mistakenly took two tablets in one day. Which will end the cycle the day before, i.e. on the 23rd day and not on the 24th. When taking placebo pills the day before, is contraceptive protection preserved?

To @Mode:
How many pills did you take?
In the case of 24+4 contraceptive pills, a slight shortening of the cycle is allowed, as long as the contraception has been taken completely correctly for the last 7 days before starting the placebo pill and the placebo pill interval has not been extended.
Hello, I did not respect the 24 + 4 rule, it may be that I took less than 24 before reaching the 4 placebos. Is there a risk? But without ever forgetting

In my opinion, in this situation the probability of getting pregnant is the same as in the case of correct/patterned taking of pills (there is never 100% certainty), so there is no reason for increased concern. If you want to rule out pregnancy, you can perform a pregnancy test, e.g. https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/97388/pink-test-ciazowy-strumieniowy-super-czuly-domowe-laboratrium-test/apteki
Unfortunately, I did not think to borrow a tablet from a new blister. Oh well. With the last placebo on the same day, I took a new first pill from a blister to "strengthen" contraception, or so I thought. The tablets have been taken correctly for the last 7 days. So if there was intercourse during the first placebo tablet on the day when it was supposed to be an active tablet and it was not, I have nothing to worry about, right?

For tablets taken in the 24+4 regimen, the duration of the cycle may be shortened, as long as the break/placebo is not extended and the tablets have been taken correctly for the last 7 days. There is a second option in such a situation, i.e. you can take an additional tablet from a spare blister - then you can keep the current pattern of taking tablets. Perhaps by choosing such a scheme of conduct, you will be calmer about the effectiveness of your contraception.
Can I still be inquisitive and ask what your theory is based on?:) Because it seems to me that the lack of taking this 24 tablets, ie it was taken on another day twice, should be treated as a skip and should not skip the tablets just take regularly the whole 24 + 4. And that's why I'm worried.

Yes, contraceptive protection is preserved. There is no cause for concern :)
And if there was a sexual encounter during the first Placebo Tablet, which was in fact taken the day before, i.e. on the day when the 24th tablet should have been taken, was the contraception preserved then? I have nothing to worry about?

Contraceptive protection will be maintained. Please remember to start the next pack of tablets the day before, i.e. the day after taking the last placebo tablet.
