Yes, you can combine Trittico with the mentioned ekami, if the prescriber has been informed about all the preparations. Trazodone (the active substance Trittico) may weaken the effect of antihypertensive medicines (Amlozek, Co-prestariu) and in combination with Adablok increase the risk of heart rhythm disorders. Therefore, when using Tritico with these preparations, it is worth regular blood pressure measurements, and in the event of symptoms such as palpitations and uneven heartbeat, dizziness and fainting, report them to the doctor.
