Can I give my child paracetamol for fever with Pulmicort, Xyzal and Levoprant?

Can a 5-year-old child who is currently prescribed twice a day inhalations of pulmicort and once a day Xyzal and levopront syrup be given paracetamol in case of fever, and if so, after what time?
