Can the "after tablet" be used several times in the same cycle?

Can I get pregnant when I took the first "pill after" on Sunday and again on Thursday, because the method of mechanical contraception failed twice a month and can the menstrual cycle be very dysregulated?

If the postcoital contraceptive method, i.e. the so-called "after tablet", was used each time in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations, its use twice in the same cycle should not affect the effectiveness. The use of the so-called "after tablet" may be associated with side effects, m.in cycle disorders. In some women, menstrual bleeding may occur prematurely, in others it may be delayed, even by 20 days. With the frequency of emergency contraceptive use, the risk of side effects increases, so if the need for emergency contraception occurs more often than occasionally, the use of a permanent method of contraception, e.g. contraceptive pills, patches, discs or an intrauterine device, should be considered.
