I've been taking a supplement for a week that also has soybean oil... Well since yesterday I've been spotting! First time this has happened to me since I took Slinda (May).
It's a minipill so progestin only. The phytoestrogens in soybean oil have affected me. Unfortunately it was a supplement given to me by the rheumatologist but I will have to stop it.
