Can I use Qlaira tablets with herbal infusions?

Welcome. Due to constant bleeding and estrogen build-up, I have been taking Qlaira tablets for several months now. I also have other medical conditions and I really like herbal treatment. Can I drink herbs while using Qlaira? Currently uses: Chamomile Cistus Nettle Nettle Milk thistle Milk thistle Lemon balm Mint Tricolor violet. Thank you
