Can I change the use of Beto ZK, Polpril and Lercan myself?

I take for hypertension in the morning BetoZK 50 I Polpril 1.25. Sometimes in the evening at higher pressure Lercan 5. During the day the pressure is low-110.65 and I feel bad. Better in the morning Lercan and Beto, will there be a little weaker action?

The mode of use of Beto 50ZK, Polpril and Lercan should be determined by your doctor. The combined use of drugs can cause excessive lowering of blood pressure, and thus the occurrence of malaise.
