I called the pharmacy many times to confirm the reservation, but no one answered. My partner went to the pharmacy on Monday, he was told that there was no reservation because it was not confirmed. First, 1 package was proposed (the last one), then there was a second, after 20 minutes - a third. So I succeeded, and I'm happy about that. But all the confusion with the reservation and denying it, only for the pharmacy to conclude that there was a reservation after all, but I didn't pick it up... frustrating.
