Do lower abdominal pains mean I'm about to bleed?

Hello, I stopped taking birth control pills 12 days ago there was normal withdrawal bleeding. But I started to feel lower abdominal pain, does it mean that in such a short interval there will be another period? And should I worry? Let me add that I took these pills only for 3 months.

Lower abdominal pain may be associated with various processes within the female genital organs, including physiological and natural (e.g. ovulation), but not only. Unfortunately, it is impossible to answer whether you will have menstruation again in a short time. After discontinuation of birth control pills, the body begins to produce its own hormones, and menstruation should be regular. Sometimes, however, disorders may appear, even up to several months after discontinuation of tablets. Persistent and persistent lower abdominal pain should prompt you to visit a gynecologist. They do not always have to be a cause for concern, but only a doctor can check if there are any disturbing changes.
