Can Elicea cause me to be weak when I wake up?

Good morning, I have been taking Elicea for about 3 months. I have almost no panic attacks anymore, my heart rate has calmed down. I'm still stressed, but it doesn't cause panic attacks. However, recently I noticed that after waking up I am very tired, I have no strength for anything, but in the evenings I feel much better. I'm a little concerned about that. Is this normal?

Perhaps this is caused by too much drop in heart rate during sleep (especially if morning weakness is accompanied by a headache). Talk to the doctor who prescribed Elicea therapy. You may need to change your dosage. I enclose a link to a helpful entry: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane
