Is amenorrhea pregnancy or the fault of Escapelle tablets?

On January 19 I took an Escapelle pill, I got the beginning of my period on January 29 when my period fell . I should get my period on February 24 but so far I have not gotten in the meantime I did 2 tests, both came out negative. I would like to know if it could be a pregnancy guilty pill or something else at all

After using Escapelle, menstrual bleeding is usually normal and starts on the same day as usual, but sometimes it can occur a few days later or earlier. Menstrual disorders therefore generally concern the cycle in which the tablet was taken. It is difficult to answer unequivocally why you in the next cycle, after the correct month, there is no bleeding. If pregnancy tests performed more than a month after intercourse are negative, this indicates the absence of pregnancy. The reasons in this situation should be sought as part of a consultation with a gynecologist.
