You can, provided that the medication was prescribed by the same doctor, or he was informed what other medicines the patient is already using. SSRIs (Cital) and migraine medications (Sumamigren) may increase the risk of serotonin syndrome. Serotonin syndrome occurs as a result of excessive central serotonergic stimulation. Serotonin syndrome is manifested, m.in, confusion, agitation, fever, sweating, ataxia, hyperreflexia, muscle clonic seizures and diarrhea. This condition is distinguished by the so-called triad of symptoms, which includes: 1. Vegetative disorders, i.e. increase in blood pressure, fever, diarrhea, vomiting and mydriasis. 2. Psychiatric symptoms, consisting of anxiety disorders, feelings of anxiety and confusion. 3. Neuromuscular ailments, i.e. recurrent cramps, pain and increased muscle tone. Current clinical data do not support the need to reduce the combined use of triptans and SSRIs. However, there have been a few rare cases of serotonin toxicity with concomitant drug use. The patient should be closely monitored if the combination cannot be avoided. Therefore, if you observe such side effects, you should inform your doctor, who will decide on this basis what to do. If you are unable to get to your primary care doctor, the gdziepolek.pl service also allows you to obtain a teleconsultation with a doctor: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja I also attach a link to the page where you can check the availability of these drugs in pharmacies in Poland and book the drug in the selected pharmacy: Sumamigren: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/75422/sumamigren-tabletki-powlekane/apteki Cital: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/17998/cital-tabletki-powlekane/apteki
