The dermatologist prescribed me Flucofast 200mg once a week, I am being treated for hypertension with Agen 5mg, I read that there may be interactions between these drugs and the pressure may be lowered too much. I would like to add that my blood pressure is usually low anyway (105/70) - this is how it is regulated by drugs and I feel so good. The dermatologist did not pay attention to the fact that I was taking medication for hypertension. Please advise what to do.

It is possible that the medicine will increase the amount of Agen in the blood and lower the pressure excessively. Due to the fact that the pressure you have every day is already low, this effect can be felt in the form of: dizziness, darkness before the eyes when standing up, headache and weakness. There may also be side effects associated with excessive levels of Agen in the blood, e.g. swelling of the legs. Ideally, you should consult your cardiologist about the use of Flucofast due to your low blood pressure. If this is not possible, you can continue to take Agen with particular sensitivity to the symptoms mentioned above.
