Good morning. I take Trittico 75mg overnight and propranolol 10mg x 3. Unfortunately, for some time I noticed that the drugs stopped working because I feel somats associated with anxiety (muscle tension, cold chills, anxiety, shortness of breath) the doctor prescribed me instead of propranolol pregabaline 50mg once a day in the evening together with Trittico. Isn't that too much to sleep? I sleep well after Trittico. I am afraid that after pregabalin I will be silted up in the morning, and after discontinuation of propranolol, tachycardia will return. Let me know.

Until you apply the change proposed by your doctor, it will not be possible to assess whether it has a positive effect on the course of treatment. Your entry shows, however, that the modification of therapy is necessary because anxiety has recurred. Pregabalin has a registered indication for the treatment of generalised anxiety. The combined use of trazodone (the active ingredient in Trittico) together with pregabalin may increase effects such as dizziness, drowsiness, confusion or difficulty concentrating. Maybe, but that doesn't mean it has to. If you are afraid of "silting", it may be beneficial to plan the beginning of the changed therapy in your free time or mandatory classes (e.g. at the weekend). It is worth remembering that some side effects tend to be more severe at the beginning of treatment. I enclose additional information about medicines containing pregabalin - prescription products can be reserved at WherePoLek and collected stationary upon presentation of the prescription: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/substancje/pregabalina
