How to take Microgynon?

Hello, I take the Microgynon 21 contraceptive pill at 10 p.m., regularly for 8 months. Due to slight diarrhea, yesterday I took the second tablet (from the reserve package) at 6 am. I have the last scheduled tablet from the package to take before the 7-day break - which I plan to take at a regular time today. Do I need to take an extra break, or will the day of the start of withdrawal bleeding and the next package be postponed?
