The information in the summary of product characteristics of Qlaira and Meteospasmyl does not indicate the possibility of an interaction or such studies have not been performed. In the case of back pain, you can use, for example, Paracetamol or Ibuprom (the latter additionally has an anti-inflammatory effect). If you take different medicines during the day, it is worth keeping the interval between tablets (e.g. about 2 hours) - then the risk of malabsorption of preparations is additionally reduced.
