Intercourse took place about 14 and 16 days before the expected menstruation (in security). On the day of the expected menstruation, she took a pregnancy test, which came out negative. A few hours after taking the test, however, she got her periods. Is there any probability that she is pregnant?

Most likely, you are not pregnant: the lack of a positive result, protection during intercourse and the appearance of menstruation are sufficient components to think so. However, we cannot rule it out 100%. Was the pregnancy test done from morning urine? Taking in a lot of fluids causes thinning of urine, which can also affect the result of the test. To make the test the most reliable, do it from the first morning urine sample – it is the most concentrated, so the level of hormones will be the highest in it. It is best to repeat the test within a few days and if the result is negative again, pregnancy will be ruled out in your case.
