Is there any other antibiotic to treat Streptococcus agalactiae?

Over half a year ago I came out in the culture of Streptococcus agalactie (carrier, pathogen not alarm)Apparently carriers do not need to be treated, but I have symptoms typical of bacterial infection and fungal infection. I have already taken various drugs m.in Macmirror, Dalacin, Pimafucin, Izovag, Gynalgin but none of them helped. Is there any other antibiotic to treat this condition?

Streptococcus agalactiae occurs in up to 10-30% of healthy women, who usually have no symptoms due to the carrier and who do not require treatment. However, if the symptoms appear as a result of excessive growth of this bacterium, then most often they affect the urinary tract. However, in the case of some vaginal inflammations caused by abnormal bacterial microflora, excessive growth of m.in. Streptococcus agalactiae is observed. However, then the culture should give more clues about the intensity of growth, and the gynecologist should observe the symptoms of inflammation. If there is a need, Streptococcus agalactiae is treated with antibiotics, to which this microbe is sensitive - most often a drug from the group of beta-lactam antibiotics is chosen. It seems that in your case further diagnostics would be needed in consultation with a gynecologist: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja I enclose additional information that may be of interest to you: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/infekcje-intymne-jak-sobie-poradzic https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-stosowac-preparaty-ginekologiczne
