How long should a break in the use of NuvaRing contraceptive rings last?

Hello. I have been using Nuvaring for 2 years. I would like to take a break from hormones. If I would like to return to use again, does it have to pass a certain time? So as not to upset the hormonal balance.

There are no guidelines/recommendations as to the minimum time that a break in the use of NuvaRing anti-contraceptive rings should last. You can return to the use of discs at any time, but after the break the first disc should be applied on the first day of natural menstruation.
