For @beret: Silodosin facilitates urination by relaxing the smooth muscles of the urinary system (however, it does not affect the contractility of the smooth muscles of the detrusor responsible for urinary urgency). Thanks to this, this drug allows you to alleviate, m.in. symptoms such as painful urination, narrowing of the urine stream, intermittent urine stream or the feeling of a full bladder after urination, Zevesin reduces the contraction of the smooth muscles of the detrusor, thus reducing the urge to urinate. Zevesin usually does not make it difficult to urinate. In the course of benign prostatic hyperplasia, symptoms such as pollakiuria and rapid urge to urinate, as well as difficulty urinating, may occur.
Silodosin facilitates urination. Won't Zevesin do the opposite?
