If I have urticaria after Nimesil, should I continue to use it or stop using it?

Good morning.after drinking one sachet of Nimesil, hives appeared on the abdomen and back.should the drug be discontinued then.?can I continue to use the drug?

If urticaria has occurred, the drug should be discontinued. Because it is a prescription drug, you should consult your doctor to change your treatment. If the urticaria does not disappear, over-the-counter allergy drugs can be used.
