I find no indication that tamzulosin (the active ingredient in Tamispras) can irritate the urethra or cause pain and burning. The drug causes relaxation of the smooth muscles of the urethra, which should relieve discomfort associated with urination. Tamispras has indications in men to relieve symptoms associated with an enlarged prostate gland (prostate). Although some rare side effects may not be described in the documentation of the drug, the causes of urethral irritation should first be sought elsewhere. It may be helpful to consult your GP and perform basic urine tests. I enclose additional information about the drug Tamispras - prescription products can be booked at WherePoLek and collected stationary upon presentation of the prescription: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/77264/tamispras-tabletki-o-przedluzonym-uwalnianiu/apteki/w-warszawie Our study may also be helpful: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-wyleczyc-chora-prostate https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane
