Is there an interaction between the drugs Clatra, Jardiance, Piramil, Acard, Heparegen? How to use these drugs during the day?

Good morning. Is there no reaction between these medicines : In the morning 1 hour before breakfast Clatra 20 mg. and just before breakfast Jardiance 10 mg and Heparegen 100 mg. After breakfast, Piramil 5mg + Acard 75mg + Bisocard 5mg. Then before lunch Heparegen and before dinner Heparegen. Please answer Andrew aged 65.

The scheme of taking medication is good. Clatra should be used one hour before a meal or two hours after - so you can "move" its use to another time of the day, or in an emergency take at a different time. The use of drugs that increase the excretion of sodium in the urine (Jardiance) together with drugs for hypertension (Bisocard, Piramil) may - but does not have to - lead to increased hypotensive effects (significant reduction in blood pressure). There may be symptoms such as: fainting, headaches and dizziness, dizziness when suddenly changing the position of the body (from lying to standing), etc. If any alarming symptoms appear, you should inform your doctor, but they do not pose a health risk.
