Is the protection maintained if I developed diarrhoea after 19 tablets of Belara and I took a spare tablet?

Hello I took 19 tablets of Belara about 20.Po about 3-4 hours there was diarrhea. I took the pill from the spare pack at 1 a.m. Now he wants to choose the other two tablets from the blister and take a 7-day break. Is this the right thing to do? He is very nervous. Thank you for your time.
