Can I change the dosage of Mozarin and Agomelatine if I think they are insufficient?

Hello, since March I took mozarin 20 and agomelatine, since June I take mozarin 15 and agomelatine. If my health has deteriorated, my depressive mood has been depressed for several days, I can return to a higher dose. My doctor on vacation doesn't want to disturb her.
