Can I take Pyralgina if I took Aglan in the morning?

However, I have a fever. Can I take pyralgine when I took the Aglan injection in the morning?

You can take Pyralgina if you took Aglan in the morning. A safer option will be Paracetamol - Apap, Efferalgan In adults weighing more than 50 kg orally, 2 tablets at a time. If necessary, the dose can be repeated no more than every 4 hours, up to 4 times a day.
