Good morning, I accidentally flooded the contraceptive pills in the blister with water (I could have a glass and it spilled a little). I immediately wiped the blister dry, from what I saw there is no damage on it except for three open "windows" from which I took the tablets. Despite wiping, could the effectiveness of the tablets have been reduced by contact with water? Thank you in advance for your reply.

The blister is made of materials impermeable to water and unless it is damaged, water has no way to get into the tablets and affect their function. If the tablets have not changed their appearance, color and there are no signs of damage or dissolution on them - in my opinion, there is no reason to worry that their effect may be reduced.
