Could Zolpidem be used together with the antibiotic clathromycin?

I take the antibiotic clatromycine, I also take permanent medications -Egzysta and oriven. I've been having massive panic attacks for two days now. I know I can't take Xanax with this antibiotic, but I still have zolpidem. And my question is: could zolpidem be used together with the antibiotic clathromycin?

The Zolpidem you are asking about can only be obtained with a prescription and should not be used without consulting a specialist. As in the case of Xanax, there is an interaction with the antibiotic here. Possible intensification of the action of Zolpidem due to inhibition of its metabolism (clarithromycin - a strong inhibitor of CYP3A4). The risk of side effects such as decreased appetite, depression, confusion, decreased libido, excessive sedation and drowsiness, impaired motor coordination, speech and attention disorders, headache and dizziness, blurred vision, constipation, dry mouth, nausea, fatigue and irritability also increases.
