Can I be pregnant if I haven't had withdrawal bleeding?

Hello, I have been using Vines contraceptive pills for 2 years. For the first time it happened to me that there was no withdrawal bleeding (I started another package as standard). There has been no intercourse for 2.5 months, and previous bleeding has occurred. What's going on? Is it possible that I am pregnant? Please reply
