If I start taking antibiotics from Monday, was the intercourse from Saturday secured?

Hello, on Monday I should start taking antibiotics but I take birth control pills. I had sex recently on Saturday and if I start taking antibiotics on Monday evening, will it be unprotected intercourse or should I not worry?

If you start the antibiotic on Monday, the intercourse from Saturday (i.e. from 2 days back) was secured and there is no reason to worry. The answer to a similar question is given here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/opinie-i-pytania/15871/ospamox-czy-ospamox-wplywa-na-dzialanie-atywii-daily-czy-antybiotyk-dziala-wstecz-czy-obniza-sku During and for 7 days after the end of antibiotic use, protection may be reduced. An additional form of contraception in the form of a condom should be used. Spotting or intermittent bleeding may also appear. And if hypothetically ovulation occurred while taking antibiotics, normally, withdrawal bleeding would occur and menstruation after ovulation could be in the middle of the tablet cycle?

User questions and answers that provide feedback about products are not verified for the purchase or use of the product. Companies often order anonymous comments to form positive opinions about their products, or negative ones about competitors. Therefore, be guided by the information in the pharmacists' responses in the first place.
