Could Furagina have caused no bleeding while taking Dionelle?

No withdrawal bleeding. I have been taking Dionelle for about 1.5 years. The first time I managed to have a situation that I do not bleed in the break of 7 days. I wonder if this may be related to the fact that several days ago I had cystitis and I took Urofuragina for 5 days?

There may be no bleeding during the 7-day break while taking Dionelle tablets. If in the period before the break the tablets were taken correctly and as directed, there is no risk of pregnancy. If, on the other hand, there are interruptions/delays in the use of the tablets or two more withdrawal bleedings, the possibility of pregnancy should be excluded before starting the next pack. As for the simultaneous use of Furagina and Dionelle tablets - the risk of reducing the effectiveness of contraception is relatively small. There are isolated case reports in the literature, but they are poorly documented and not very reliable. In the current situation, you can take a pregnancy test - just to be sure. Other than that, there is no cause for concern.
