I understand that you meant Concoram 5 mg + 5 mg and Nilogrin 10 mg? If so, Nilogrin may increase the effects of Concoram and lead to hypotension, so these medicines should only be used together if your doctor has told you to, and you should follow your prescribed dosing schedule carefully.
