Corhydron and Salofalk are prescription drugs, when taking them, the dosage that has been determined by the doctor ordering the medication should be used. These preparations are indicated for use during acute relapse of ulcerative colitis and acute forms of autoimmune diseases. According to currently available knowledge, rectal preparations from mesalazine or hydrocotisone are used in the initial treatment of acute relapse. That is why it is so important for the attending physician to provide the patient with information on the regimen in which to take medication during an exacerbation of the disease. The concomitant use of Vibin and Corhydron may increase the concentration of hydrocortisone (the active substance of Corhydron) in the bloodstream and increase the potential side effects of the drug. If side effects are observed, report this to your doctor to correct the steroid dose. The side effects of Corhydron are described in more detail in the leaflet: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/19844/corhydron-100-iniekcja/ulotka/83740 Salofalk does not interact with Vibin tablets.
